How far in advance should we book?

Most couples secure us 6–12 months out, especially for peak wedding months (June–September and December). Once a deposit is in, the date is yours.

Do you travel outside your home city?

Yes. We regularly work across Tanzania and the region. Travel, accommodation, and per diem for the team are calculated separately and added to your quote.

What does the deposit look like?

A 30% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is split over milestone payments, with the final installment due 14 days before the wedding.

Can we customise a package?

Absolutely. The packages listed are starting points — tell us what matters most for your day and we'll shape a quote around it.

Do you work with other vendors we've already booked?

Always. We coordinate closely with your planner, venue, photographer, and other suppliers so the day runs seamlessly.

What happens if the weather turns?

We build a weather contingency into every event — whether that means a backup indoor space, covered staging, or rescheduling outdoor portraits to a better window.
